Receiving an order for 10 Turret Masters in one purchase order is not an everyday occurrence for us, so when that happens, it is big news. This is just what happened through Yale Industrial Trucks in Orlando, with the help of salesman Scott Helgerud and the rest of the staff. The delivery of the trucks looks to be around the first of March 2005, so we anticipate with great pleasure the arrival of these units. Thanks Scott and Yale for making this happen.

We have just completed 40 pallet truck modifications to Yale MPE 40's, MPW 60's and Yale brand tugger trucks for Yale Carolinas in Charlotte, NC. These trucks were then shipped to the end user in the Charlotte, NC area. These modifications included Auxiliary Mast, A-Frame attachments, manual arm down tuggers, and electro-mechanical arm down tuggers. These modifications took about three weeks to complete once the pallet trucks and tuggers reached our facility. We would like to give a big thank you to the following people at Yale Carolinas for making the sale and letting us help them with their material handling needs: Dave Bracket, salesman; Scott Moe, Sales Manager; Debbie Baucome, Sales Coordinator; Rick Nelson, Parts and Service Manager, and Joe Wheeler, President. We are looking forward to Phase 2.

A textile manufacturer in Greensboro, NC sent a purchase order to replace 10 of their old Roloaders to Western Carolina Forklift. Allen Roberts of WCF helped us seal the deal on replacing the units through their outstanding service and salesmanship that they have given to this customer for years and years. We look forward to many more years of the Roloader serving the needs of the textile industry.
